Brown Sugar Bakery was built around the flavors the owners grew up with — the tropical fruit, warm spice, and celebratory baking that travels across Panama, Belize, and the wider region. The hummingbird cake found its way into our case because it's inspired by Caribbean and Central American heritage. Crafted with intention.

Our roots span Panama and Belize. We built Brown Sugar Bakery around the flavors we grew up with — tropical fruit, warm spices, rich cakes, and desserts made to bring people together.
